Mr. Dukes is correct that geology even 1/2 mile between wells can make a difference but if you are surrounded by wells drilled by a different operator and they all outperform your well, I’d start to wonder and I have access to the well files and can see how the wells differ. As for decline rates being more steep with more frack stages, I’d rather my well become a has been than a never was.
