I already answered this in your other post. Ruben Rivers 24/13 PA 1H was drilled. The buyers want your royalties. Usually best to sit back and wait.
You will get a Division Order soon. You do not have to sign it in OK as it may give away some of your rights. You do need to return the W-9. Suggest that you also give them a “letter in lieu” of a division order.

Does anyone know what happened to Mewbourne’s plans in Roger Mills and Ellis for wells 4-17N-25W, 28-18N-25W and 33-18N-25W? I had lots of offers for a while, and now nothing.
4-17N-25W, Mewbourne filed for a multi unit horizontal with 4/33/28. They have a rig running on the east side of the township.
