I cancelled an earlier post where I’d said I didn’t see any new activity in your area. After checking further it looks like Oxy is very active in the old Seminole San Andres Unit that isn’t far east of your area.
Oxy has filed 15 permits this year, and a total of 50 since January, 2021, to do reentry or recompletion of wells in that unit. It looks like the original wells were drilled by Amerada Hess in 80’s or earlier and Oxy took over as operator in 2018. Since that unit extends into the section joining you on the east it seems possible that same kind of activity may move into your area at some point.
So far it looks like all the recent activity involves vertical wells and there hasn’t been much success with horizontals. Below is the current RRC map of your area. The most recent drilling it shows nearby was the horizontal well Joint Resources drilled in 2018 extending north from a pad in the northeast corner of Section 301. It was completed but must have turned out to be non-productive and they cancelled the other well they had permitted there.
