Has anyone worked with Lynx Oil before? I really appreciate them handling probate matters but they want ne to sign a ‘Letter Agreement’ before approval of title is confirmed by them. The O&G Lease is a seperate form to sign concurrently.
Suggest that you get an attorney to review any legal paperwork before signing anything. We do not know what the Letter Agreement says.
