Received a letter offering to purchase my interest today and coincidentally received a letter from an Attorney representing Sanguine with an application to drill! Good timing. 29 and 32 16N 18W The application says a platt is attached as Exhibit b, but was not.
Just wondering what all is happening. Obviously there is some old vertical production here but wondering whats new and has them drilling again. Thanks

You should be getting several mailings for the horizontal well planned there. Pay attention to the Pooling one 2024-000859 as the hearing is supposed to be on May 7, 2024. You can either lease or pool but not both. Either one has its own advantages. You will only have 20 days in which to answer the pooling. If you choose to lease, get a good oil and gas attorney to review the draft as they are rarely in the mineral owner’s favor and need significant edits.
