Marcella, If you own in those better areas you should do better because the wells are more productive and the spacings are smaller so your share is not as diluted.
R.W.Kennedy, You always helped me so much,You may not get this response, But want you to know that Bakken Oil Contacted me, and the wells in McKinzie county Sections 33 34 35 26 27 are mine, I had McKinzie County record my sections and am waiting for my check .Should get paid for four years back pay. Hope your well Thank You Marcella Haman
Susan;Bakken Oil Said there looking at the spread sheet and the McKenzie county Wells In 149 N 95 west sections 33 34 35 26 27 are mine. So I was asked to have them recorded, and I did. So now I am waiting for a back pay check of four years. Don't know why I was called and told that they were not my wells, Any way I was told that there were more people that were told the same ,and did not get paid. Thank You Marcella Haman
Thank you Marcella. I assure you, it was my pleasure to help.
Marcella, I also own minerals in 149 95 Sections 33, 34, 35. Well #21456 was a Helis well. According to my files: "Effective July 1, 2012, Helis Oil & Gas LLC sold its interest to QEP Energy Company (QEP) in all of its wells and properties located in McKenzie County North Dakota. Therefore, commencing November 1, 2012 QEP will become the operator and you will receive future revenue distributions from QEP." #21456 was the first well drilled in Section 35. There are currently 23 QEP wells drilled among Sections 33, 34 & 35. Five more are in Location status. I believe there are hundreds more mineral owners in these Sections.
