Ms. Barnes, as I was going through some of dad’s papers I discovered where he had mineral rights, other than the one we discovered during getting things for probate.
We knew of Section 24, but these papers from 1969 and 1968 are for

Dad died in Nov of 1996, we are continuing to discover more properties in Oklahoma and Texas
How should I proceed with these new properties?
Also, because I have on focused on section 24 to date, I have no idea what is going on in those sections. Any ideas?

You might want to start paper and/or digital files for each one that you find.
Hopefully, his will had a generic line about passing any and all properties to whomever he wished. You may have to circle back and get all of these new ones put into the proper heirs’ names. You might also want to check on okcountyrecords.com for your dad’s name. Others might show up.
