we mineral owners there only profit from our own royalties unless we are buying stock in the companies involved in the construction, operating and or suppler’s corporate stock. For sure, there will be a real estate boom both residential and commercial development and it might attract an AI facility. Take a look at what happens where an AI facility is approved. The plant itself certainly isn’t a new announcement but the international exposure by the President is a boom to us!
