Do you mean sec 16, 15N-22W? That section has quite a few producing wells already. Do you have a current lease with or without a depth clause? Not sure you can lease unless you have a prior depth clause and they want to lease the deeper reservoirs.
Or do you mean 16N-15W sec 22? It is important to put the identifying letters with the numbers. That is in Dewey.
