Now this is the kind of direction that I was looking for. I'm not afraid to do some research, just uneducated on the process and the stones to turn over. You have given me the groundwork to get my hands dirty, and really find out more information. When we talked about the leasing funds, it was not just play money, but not enough to get crazy over. Now that I have offers which are for substantial amounts of money, I need to have a better handle on what my position is.
