Can anyone tell me if they know of anything happening around Rotan in Fisher County, TX. I have mineral rights passes down to me from Grandparent and parents. There are 2 parcels. One containing about 320 mineral acres and the other just 30. I was hounded over the last day 5 years to sell which I wasn’t interested in and also to lease which I eventually did with both. They are leased to 2 different companies. Over the last year I’ve heard nothing. Is this a dead area? I know very little about any of this living in NJ. It’s not something we deal with here. I’ve read up about the general idea of how things work but just hoping eventually for a little action. Thanks!
