James at this time I see no permitted locations or activity in that Section.

Last year I sold a parcel for a client. The buyer was putting together a large ownership position for the long term. Last week I got a lease/purchase request but don't have the offer yet. There are some small operators that may be looking far down the road for positions. Did you also get a lease/purchase overture?
