There are not nearly as many buyers now as a year ago and prices are way down due to the price of oil & gas. That said, location is everything.

You can look on [www.okcountyrecords.com](http://www.okcountyrecords.com) and see where deeds are changing hands. Use the Advanced search option to type in the Township and Range for the whole township and then you can use the sections as well. Use T7N and R5W

I am sure you know that you have quite a few wells…
