You can search [www.okcountyrecords.com](http://www.okcountyrecords.com) for Custer County. Use the advanced search option and type in the Township and Range to get a larger look than just section 12. Mostly family or personal transfers. Use DEED as the type of document. You may have to use various forms of the word. DEED, DEED & CONVEYANCE I found 17 in that township. Not many larger companies buying.
