In reference to the bankruptcy of White Star Petroleum, I have a question… I am a Mineral Rights owner with White Star. As you know, I have received a lot of information about their bankruptcy. As a mineral rights owner, is there anything I need to file with this, or is this all in reference to their debtors; those they owe money through purchasing? Not knowing the legal aspect of this, I don’t know if I need to file anything.

Usually the mineral owners do not have to file anything. I just got my piles of notices as well. I need to read through them to see if they are different than the others I have received. Usually, we jut sit back and wait for the court to finish their work.
