We just received an offer from Moxy for Section 36, Township 35, Range 01 West. My grandfather had mineral rights all over and we are just finding out about a lot of these as we get offers in the mail. Can anyone tell me how to find out where this is, and if there is any activity in the area. Thank you.

Located approximately 5 miles north of Lone Grove, OK near the Rock Creek Reservoir.

Thank you so much. Do you know if there is any activity in that area? We have an offer for $500 an acre with 3/16 royalty or no bonus with 1/5 royalty.
