# Where can I find unit (declaration) info?

I am trying to get information on a unit declaration, that document is supposed to have the map (plat) of the unit along with the individual lease information that makes up the unit. I can’t seem to find it. All help greatly appreciated!

If the property is in Texas, the unit declaration will be filed in the county deed records under the name of the operator. In addition, you can use the Texas Railroad Commission’s database to find the form P-12 (Certificate of Pooling Authority) for a unit.
