Our tract number is 4-12-52 and is located in Tyler County, West Virginia. Antero indicated we are on the 4-year drill plan as of December 2018. Does anyone know if there is any additional information regarding activity on this tract, or when Antero might drill into this tract? Thank you! Steve ---

Based upon the current industry, all companies are adjusting development to a basic stop. We need to see $50 oil before much will start happening. Once this price is reached, it’s going to be another 6 to 12 months before real activity. ---

Gas has increased from $1.60 to $3.00 so gas companies are again looking at drilling. In addition, Antero deliberately drills for wet gas as it exports much of its Liquid Natural Gas production. Antero has continued to drill although at a slower pace. Lease if you can afford to wait. Then you can lease it again in 5 years even if they don’t drill. ---
