I have some minerals in Kingfisher County on section 20-19N-8W., I am wondering what the going rate is since they are drilling.

It has been pooled and they were ordered to offer $550 for an 1/8 or 500 & 3/16 . If you haven't signed a lease and were named in the pooling and made no election under the pooling you get the 550 and 1/8

ok I am really new and I am not understanding what this "pooling" is....I recently found a few more minerals I have not leased out and was offered 450 an acre. I thought they were being leased out at 700 w/ 3/16.

A different location could bring a different price .

If the minerals were not leased and they were in you name you should have been listed in the pooling. Here is a link to the pooling .
