My Aunt leased some of hers for $1,600 an acre to Continental. Her acres are quite a bit south of yours (between Alex and Cox City). Now my dad leased some almost 3 years ago for just $300 an acre in 7-6N-6W. Still waiting to see if they drill there or not.
