Have wells in West Virginia and live in Ohio. Started receiving royalty checks in October 2019. I pay my estimated taxes in Ohio. But when and what percentage do I pay West Virginia taxes? Thank you.

Shelly, best to check with an accountant to get the particular numbers. You will owe WV and the county where your wells are located some taxes.
