Hello. My father has some land in West Virginia and we are looking for an attorney to help us understand how the conveyance process works. He would like to turn over the mineral rights to his daughter. Seeking an attorney in West Virginia and any other pointers if you have them!

Try looking for the WV Bar Association and probate specialist. There may be benefits to passing the mineral rights in a will versus now, especially if the minerals are producing. If passed in a will, they may have a step up value which is good for the heir.
