What is a fair amount paid per mineral acre and fair market % for production?

Need more info. What Section/Township/Range are we talking about? Are your minerals HBP’d? If so, what lease royalty do you have?
Need that to be able to help.

I do not know what HBP is, so not sure. Location is Township 2 North Range.

Is there production right now on your leases? HBP means “held by production”… aka out of their primary term.
The Township is 2N, but also need the Range and which Section.
