We received an offer to lease for water flooding in Gaines County, Texas, Sections 2 & 3, B A-25. Does anyone know the usual lease royalty rate for water flooding? We have never leased for less than 25%, but they are offering only 16.67% plus the bonus rate is small. Thanks for any information you can give me.
