Ron just to let you know I read that Section 11 11 18 has spudded a well so that means they have started drilling another well in that section so if you have any other questions let me know thanks Collin Snider!

Also interested in Section 10N 18W. Ready to renegotiate lease and seems like $320/acre bonus is not competitive.

We have leased 20 acres in 9-10N-20W. How is activity in that section? What is spacing requirement? Thanks for any help.

Have the companies slowed down in leasing? I have 80 acres in Township 10 North Range 9 West 20W that expired June 2012. Is it usual to have gaps in the leasing of the mineral rights? I’m new to this?

William, Washita County records are not online so I cannot check for leases. The OCC website shows no new filings for wells in 9N-20W. Gaps are normal. Do your research before you lease.
