I am sole heir to 100% of the mineral rights on just over 74 acres in the E. Vansickle Survey, Abstract No. 885, Van Zandt County, Texas. It is located between Hwy 19 and FM Rd 859—between Canton and Edgewood, Texas.
Seismographic work was done and our family was told that we “had it all—oil, gas, coal, etc.”
The minerals were last leased to Anadarko Oil Company in 2006, with all leases and options currently expired.
The property is located about 1.5 miles north of the producing Mullens Well and about 2 miles south of the very encouraging McNatt Well, producing approximately 150 barrels of oil per day.
