# Valuing Mineral Royalties

We own oil and gas royalties, mostly in the Permian Basin, but also in OK and LA. We get bombarded with offers to buy them, but purported buyers are short on bona fides, even if I contact them. How do we appraise the value of our properties for a possible sale?
