# Value of Net Mineral Acreage

I have been recently told that our mineral acreage in Payne County, Oklahoma has dramatically declined in value from $1,000.00/acre to $300.00/acre. It is said the decrease results from shutdown of salt water disposal wells. Would appreciate comment.
