All - It would be greatly appreciated to get some feedback from someone who knows the value of mineral rights in La Salle.
I am a landman primarily working in West Texas, however, I am working with a mineral owner to help sell their mineral rights. The legal is Section 3, Block 2 I&GN RR Co. Survey A434 in La Salle County.
Callon has an old HZ on the property but also recently permitted some new wells. I am trying to figure out if anyone is actively buying in this area, and if so, what the value is per net mineral acre? Does anyone have any info that I could pass along to this mineral owner? It would be greatly appreciated.
