What is the value of mineral rights on one acre of land in Section 18, Block 55, in Loving County, Texas?

That question is too general. You need to be specific if you are hunting for the value as of a certain date of death for probate purposes or capital gains tax purposes, or lease value at what royalty, or current sale value.

I cannot speak to that particular area, but in general, when I get an offer, I always ask myself what do they know that I don’t know? Are they going in with a lowball offer hoping that I will not get informed and take it? What activity is pending that they are interested in, etc…
