I have a chance to get mineral rights For Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter Township 7 North Range 11 East of the Indian meridian Hughes County. Just wanting to know if they still Pumping or is it worth any cash value.

I recently found out through the US mail my Dad (deceased) had ownership in a gas well in Section 13, Township 1, Charles State. I mailed the company an affidavit notarized for a disinterested party. Does anyone know if I can claim legal ownership of the well even though my Dad’s will was not probated?

Thank you Ms. Barnes. The senior division analyst has assured me that my family’s first payment is coming through. Once it does, I will ask someone to verify that it is correct. If it is not, I will be making some phone calls.
