I’m trying to get an idea of current mineral values in Orange County, Texas. We have been approached by a landman with an offer, but it seems very cheap compared to current oil and gas prices. Does anyone know of recent activity in that area?

Best to post this in Texas Mineral Rights under Orange County to see if anyone who monitors that area has information. Current prices are not the main factor. Competition is.
