It will depend on your lease royalty. If leased at 1/8th, then probably around $8-10K/NMA. If leased at 1/4th, then probably around $16-20K/NMA. There’s already some current production from numerous horizontal and vertical wells, so that may decrease the value some.

It can vary wildly depending on the specific location. Would really need a Section and block number to get an idea of leasing and production activity in a given area.
