# Unpaid royalties McClain County, Ok

My family owns mineral rights for two active wells in McClain County. One is Section 26, Nunn 1H 26x, was by Newfield now with Encana. Signed W-9 but no division order. The other is in Section 34, Tecate 1-34-3WXH, with Casillas, signed W-9 and Division order. Both have been producing since early 2018 and we have not received any royalties from either of these wells. What should we be doing to get this moving along?

Contact the Division Order Analyst for Encana by certified return receipt letter. Those wells are on production and paying. The DOs are out. Your title may have a cloud, so ask them what you need to clear it up.

Ask for interest as well. Even if you have a cloud, they owe you interest once everything is figured out.
