Is the U.S. Lease Price Report of much value to a small mineral owner who is trying to see what current lease bonus rates and other lease terms are near only a few mineral locations in 2 different Texas counties (Ector and Pecos) in Texas? Is it fairly accurate and current? Is it too broad if trying to zoom in to only a few mineral locations?
Any other suggestions on how to find this info it this “Report” ends up being too pricey for a small mineral owner?

NARO (National Association of Royalty Owners) has an affiliation with the US Lease Report for a highly discounted price.
Regular price is pretty pricey for small mineral owner who only needs to use for one or two locations. Can’t comment on the accuracy or current dates.
