I have received notice of a proposed settlement in Lee v. Trinity Operating re: class action for TO’s delay in paying interest on delayed payments owed for property owed by plaintiffs. For reference, the case is #16-CV-516-KEW filed in U.S.D.C., of OK, E.D.
