# Torchlight Asset Sale and proposed Dividend

I don’t mean to waste anyone’s time but it appears y’all might be more informed about the potential/planned asset sale.

Would any one be willing to hazard an educated and reasonable guess to what price per acre Torchlight may get in liquidating its land assets or I should say their working interest?

Just trying to sort some sense with this dividend that’s been declared. My thanks and appreciation in advance!
