# Thinking to sell land (surface and mineral). Where do I start

Reeves is one of the hottest counties for both natural gas and Data Centers. The agreement is for Data Centers if they can go behind the meter they are good to be built. Going to be very interesting in Nov. Not to get too political but neither party has outright said they’re going to stop them. So I think either way they’re going to be built. If iam a betting man which iam I like the Republicans chances. Based off of my research although I am a novice, I have read that there are excessive pipeline bottlenecks that are being rectified not only in Reeves and Ward county but throughout the Delaware Basin. 27 and beyond will see an increase in pipelines and drilling in my estimation. But we ll see
