Definitely get an attorney that specializes in surface use agreements. She will want to know how big the plant will be, how long they want to lease, what improvements or restoration they will make to the land when they are finished, road access, noise abatement, wind direction with respect to any barns or dwellings on the property, easements, fencing, etc. This is not trivial. Cannot comment on the economics as those will vary by state and size of the plant.
