W Searching for a reference point on normal/current price/foot for allowing a temporary surface fresh water line on my property. Thank you—just wanted an idea to relate to an offer.

If it is just to lay it out around $1 dollar a foot and I ask for $500 and a load of white rock for any driveway crossing. Remember you can ask for anything.
