Hello, I am new here and was hoping someone could help with some information. We have a 5-year lease that’s coming due next April. Does anyone know if there is any activity near this area or suspect there ever will? Would you anticipate a renewal on these rights?
I hope I provided all information needed. Thank you in advance for your help!

Rob, I’m just a bit north of you in that section and we just signed a new lease. Send me a PM, I’ll be happy to discuss.
