The majority of the acreage in this section is HBP but from what I have heard landowners who are unleased are being approached to lease. What information are you specifically looking for? Do you own property in this area?

What is HBP? We own the mineral rights only.

Held by Production. Meaning the acreage has active wells paying royalties.

We are not HBP that I know of. I am 1 of 3 owners. I would suppose that the landowner would refer them to us, as the mineral rights owners, would you think so?

No, usually the oil and gas companies will run a title search and find who owns the minerals and contact you. So you are not currently receiving monthly royalty checks? How many mineral acres do you own in this quarter section?

We own 82 I believe. No, there is no lease yet. The legal description is the title of this thread.
