I have an old dry hole that is permitted to be made into a disposal well. What is the value of SWD? Who buys these? This seems like it has potential.

I own the 320 surface acres, with this dry hole. I want to sell the surface rights only. What is the going rate? Currently cotton farm. Minerals are leased to CGS.
