Does anyone have information on leasing in Stonewall County? I have had an offer and would like to know if there is more activity in Stonewall or surrounding counties?

I know there has been active leasing in the southeast part of Stonewall County within the last year or so and quite a few permitted well locations to be drilled this year. At least 10-15 that I know of. All in that same general area. I’m not sure what the terms on the more recent leases have been in the southeast, but I imagine lease bonuses will be going up. What area of the country are you in?

I am in the area just south of the Double Mountains. We’ve just received an offer for $150 an acre. How does that compare with those in the Southeast?
