# Singer Oil acquisition of Ovintiv wells

We recently received notice from Singer regarding their acquisition of Ovintiv Wells and new Division Order forms. Does this mean they will be pumping in Canadian County, 12-11N-08W?

SInger already has the Haynes 1-12 gas well in 12-11N-8W. NE4 (Conventional)

Camino owns the HMB 1-12-1-MH well in 1/12-11N-8W. (Horizontal)

DOCO Development owns the Von Tonglen 1 in the SW4 (Conventional)

When wells are purchased, you can look up the form 1073 on the OCC wellrecords site to track the operator changes. Singer tends to be a conventional well operator (so far).
