Hello - I have inherited these properties in Beckham County and have no idea of their worth: T12N R 22W Sec 29 QQ ALL T12N R 22W Sec 30 QQ SW " " " " Sec 31 QQ SE " " " " Sec 31 QQ NE Is there any activity in this area? Thanks. ---

No new activity but there are a couple of horizontal wells operated by Apache that came on in 2014. ---

Activity should pick back up in northern Beckham County and southern Roger Mills County once natural gas prices come back to life. Northern Beckham County was really hopping back in 2009-2011 but has since slowed WAY down. ---
