Good afternoon. I am seeking information on what others have been offered recently in Sections 84 and 80, Block OW, CCSD & RGNG RR County. I have had offers recently from XTO and Main Street Energy.

Platform will give a lease offer, they take non-op positions from what they’ve said. So, fair lease terms. A landman for them can be reached at 214-494-0629. Always try to get multiple offers though!
