What is the typical signing bonus for Cherokee County?

And what percent of royalty is typical?

It would help if we knew what State you are referring to. There is a Cherokee County in Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Iowa.

Good Morning Celesta,

Join the Cherokee County Texas Group and ask your question to the Forum Members that have minerals in Cherokee County and you will possibly get your questions answered. When you ask your questions include the Abstract, Section and Block #'s. The location of your minerals in the county can make a lot of difference in the signing bonus and royalty percentage. Good luck with your minerals.
