Looking to sell or lease 41.359 acres, more or less, out of the J. M. Taylor Survey, Abstract No. 633, Tyler County, Texas. Volume 622 Page 753 Deed Records of Tyler County, Texas.

I have not leased the property but the previous owner may have, I’m not sure.
