Hello We have been offered a price of $750 an acre for our mineral rights to 62 acres in Irion County. We have never done this before and are not sure if that is a fair price. The survey name is H&TC RR CO. Block #5 Survey #6. Can anyone advise? Thank you, Frank ---

To buy or to lease? If to buy, first offers are historically low. You have to ask yourself what do they know that you don’t know. They know they will make money off of you, so you have to decide if you would rather have that money yourself. You need to get informed about what is going on in the area. There is a lot of cold call offers out there by massive buying companies that are going to flip for a whole lot more. Be cautious! ---
